My clients believe that understanding the root of their stressors (i.e., relationships, discrimination, intergenerational patterns, anxiety, depression, trauma, finances, school, parenting) can help them function at their best. I take a holistic approach to these feelings, prioritizing self-awareness, embodiment, and living authentically. I specialize in couples work, intergenerational family work, and young adults. I am especially passionate about helping culturally diverse and neurodivergent clients navigate discrimination, find self-awareness, process intergenerational dynamics, and heal from the past. I offer an inviting, collaborative, and individualized approach that caters to your needs, pacing, and goals. I am trained in English and Spanish to serve children, teens, and adults in either individual, couple, or family therapy. Regardless of background, age, and identities, I want to help you discover what it means to “thrive” in your current spaces. My ultimate wish is for you to live into your authentic and truest self, inside and outside of therapy. If you feel ready to take the next steps towards growth, I hope to partner with you in your mental health goals.
