I am interested in clients who are seeking self-improvement in a group therapy setting. Psychotherapy groups are particularly helpful in their ability to provide emotional support and validation and to learn about yourself in a social environment. There are few spaces where we are able to be authentic with others as we work to improve our emotional health. Group therapy techniques depend on the group and among others will include behavioral, cognitive, mindfulness, family systems and psychodynamic approaches.
