About

I enjoy working with women experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, including trauma-related disorders, and women experiencing emotional health concerns in the context of chronic health conditions. I am also a strong advocate for those experiencing neurodiversity (ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder). I specialize in helping individuals identify the specific nature of their concerns, including differential diagnostic assessment and inclusion of psychological testing, if appropriate. Clearly identifying these concerns leads to improved outcomes, helping individuals grow in a way that is meaningful to them.

I have been trained in and use many forms of cognitive behavioral therapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also have training in many types of group interventions. I'm excited to offer a stress management group in early 2023 focused on Mind-Body skills.

We want to provide an oasis where women can focus on health and wellness in a way that makes it convenient and accessible. If that's the kind of space you are needing, please reach out.
