About

LIMITED daytime availability - Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or burned out by life's demands - work, parenting, relationships, obligations - while trying to stay connected to yourself? If you're looking for ways to be more present, mindful, and connected, I'm here to help you sort it out. I will partner with you to explore experiences connected to anxiety, trauma (PTSD), ADHD, and current life circumstances that keep you feeling stuck. I am trained in EMDR, utilize neurobiological approaches, trauma-informed techniques and somatic modalities.

I offer a space to explore research-supported techniques that are also practical and realistic. I trust that YOU know the most about your unique lived experience. I hope to partner with you and offer valuable insights. EMDR is effective in a virtual format and can address symptoms of anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and childhood ("family of origin") issues.

I know how tough it can be to talk about what's going on. I get it. It's hard to be honest, vulnerable, & real. You've done the first step by being on this page today. I'd love to help with the next steps. I look forward to hearing your story and working together! I am happy to answer any questions you have about the therapy process before getting started.
