I strive to build a safe place where you feel welcome to be yourself and share your experiences. I believe that when we truly feel heard and validated that is when change will occur. Therapy is a collaborative process and I am dedicated to guiding you on your journey of wellness. My goal is to meet you where you are at and assist you in building your life worth living. I believe in fostering a safe and secure place through rapport building and allowing you to feel comfortable being yourself within the therapeutic relationship. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals who suffer from significant mental illness and require treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, addiction, grief, self-harm, life transitions, and family/relationship issues. I also have a great deal of experience working with professionals who may be at risk for burnout. I am excited to be accepting new clients from all backgrounds who are interested in meeting virtually in a safe and confidential platform. Everyone needs someone to talk to and I would be honored to be that someone for you.
