Therapies include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness meditation and related practices, relaxation techniques, positive psychology, Jungian-based therapies, and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), an evidence-based intervention used to treat trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, social phobia and other related disorders.
