I'm a Doctor of Marriage & Family Therapy and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who can help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as they relate to your personal and relationship experiences. I treat couples and individuals ages 18-99 with a range of issues including relationship conflict, infidelity, work stress, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma, and addiction. I specialize in couple therapy (infidelity recovery, communication training, sexual dissatisfaction support, and premarital guidance). I also provide individuals with essential tools to cope with mental health disorders, substance abuse, and everyday challenges. I am passionate about empowering people to experience their personal and relationship potential. I believe every person has the ability to achieve goals and that my duty as a therapist is to help you explore, recognize, and set into motion your very own journey towards growth and healthy living.
