I take an embodied, client-centered approach when working with individuals, couples, polycules, and families, I work with issues from a systemic lens, actively bridging transgenerational and historical events and situations with presenting concerns. I am dedicated to helping clients process and work through issues relating to trauma, abuse, gender identity and non-conformity, sex therapy, co-parenting, career advancement, non-monogamy and polyamory, classism, racism, and sexism. I am well prepared to support clients in breaking through destructive patterns in pursuit of deeper satisfaction with life, career, and relationships. Although trained in several clinical models, I most often utilize emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and other experiential models such as Satirian and internal family systems (IFS), Core Energetics, and trauma-informed care. In addition to my Ph.D. and MA Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have advanced training in Core Energetics (A-CCEP). I hope to provide a nurturing and adept container for clients to thoroughly explore their presenting concerns. My decades-long work with new parents, couples, families, trauma survivors, and at-risk youth has shown me that people and relationships are incredibly resilient when they have the appropriate support, resources, and therapeutic tools made available
