About

Welcome! I am a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. My style is collaborative and pragmatic; blending warmth and compassion with competence and expertise. While I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for children and adolescents (including parent/caregiver coaching and family therapy) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I believe in tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s needs and values.

I also run several Parent/Caregiver Skills Training Groups, in which individuals learn tools to improve family relationships, support their child’s emotional health, and incentivize behavior change. One of my greatest joys is helping parents make sense of their child’s behavior and empowering them with skills to change their relationship for the better.

I strive to be inclusive in my work and welcome members of the LGBTQA+ community, BIPOC-identifying individuals, and all range of identities. I look forward to meeting you and discussing how I can support you and your family.
