Psychological Assessment Services: Children (10+), teens, and adults. ADHD, Autism, general diagnostic clarification, psychoeducational evaluations, gifted testing, mood disorders, learning disorders, testing accommodations, personality assessments, individuals set to take religious orders, occupational functioning, and much more. Therapy Services: Adults (18+). Depression, anxiety, grief and loss, complex trauma, and relational issues. We will focus on gaining insight and making meaning of your personal experiences. By processing past events and current stressors, we can find new ways to approach and understand your world. I will assist you in finding relief from current symptoms and challenges, making sense of your experience, and ultimately improve your daily functioning.I practice an integrative model of therapy, combining psychodynamic, humanistic/existential, and family systems theories. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the core of change and healing.
