About

You’ve been through so much and it's left you struggling with guilt, shame, and overwhelm. Other people say you're "strong," but you don't feel that way. You’re tired of living in fear, tired of feeling like there’s something wrong with you just for needing help. You want more out of life: less anxiety and shame, more self-compassion, more moments of joy. You’re ready to understand your trauma, to stop being so hard on yourself, and to feel heard and accepted without judgment. Together, we can work toward a life where you feel more confident, connected, and fully present, embracing all of your emotions.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can process your trauma. I balance structure and flexibility, ensuring we focus on what you need most while offering space for what’s important to you. I balance humor with honesty. I'm compassionate and yet, I'll challenge you to focus on the things that are important so that you can work toward healing.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck and want to start living life more fully, I’m here for you. Let’s work together to heal those old wounds and build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Ready to take that first step? Reach out—let’s chat and start your journey toward healing. You don’t have to do this alone.
