About

Engaging in personal therapeutic work is a profound act of bravery. It's an invitation to delve into who you are now, envision who you want to become, and embark on a journey that bridges today’s self with tomorrow’s potential. Over my two decades as a counselor, I have had the privilege of guiding people across all stages of life. Together, we uncover strengths and insights, that empower movement toward lives that feel both meaningful and fulfilling. My background spans couples, marriage, and family counseling, with experience in K-12 schools, community mental health, college counseling clinics, and psychiatric hospitals.

This broad experience allows me to support individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, from reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression to addressing more complex mental health needs. I’m passionate about helping you find clarity, build resilience, and master life skills.

As a professional member and former board member of the American Counseling Association, and current Chair of the ACA Foundation, I contribute to mental health advocacy and outreach. As a full professor, I’m dedicated to training the next generation. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path to growth and well-being. I welcome your phone call.
