I also work with individuals longing for deeper connection and joy in their personal and work relationships. I blend body-based approaches, mindfulness and hypnotherapy to offer tangible tools for staying healthy and grounded; especially when life's running us and lacks vitality. BottomUp approaches like Somatic Experiencing and Compassionate Inquiry include a focus on the body as a missing character in our stories. Focusing awareness on physical sensations (like chronic pain & tension), breathing, and emotions brings us into the present moment. When unconscious core beliefs are exposed and updated, lasting life change happens. I model vulnerability to build safety and trust for clients. I do not hold agendas about what you need for your healing. I simply follow your intentions and offer the compassionate mirroring and skilled witnessing so often missed when we were little.
