About

Do you experience challenges in your relationships with partners, friends, family, and/or colleagues? Are you having trouble managing painful emotions such as sadness, worry, anger, or grief? Perhaps you’re navigating a particularly difficult aspect of life right now. In all stages of life, we find ourselves in need of validation, support, and empathy. My aim is to provide you a safe/affirming space to share challenging life experiences and give you skills to navigate them. I can help you unpack and process relational dynamics that are causing dissatisfaction, miscommunication, and painful feelings. View 7 Photos

In therapy, I use culturally responsive, DBT and relational interventions to support clients in identifying areas in their lives they’d like to change or accept. As a Psychologist and Chinese-American woman, I prioritize the identities of each client so that they can exist authentically while understanding sociocultural systems of privilege and oppression.

My specialties include relationship and/or family of origin concerns, adjustment difficulties, identity exploration, anxiety, and mood concerns. If any of this resonates with you, contact me or visit our website to schedule your free initial consultation today. Seeking help is not easy and I applaud you for taking this first step.
