We are passionate and enthusiastic counselors dedicated to serving a diverse population with diverse needs. We strive to create an environment that promotes safety, vulnerability, collaboration, and trust. Our areas of emphasis include: Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, and Stress-Related Disorders, Conduct Disorders, Gender Identity, and Race-Based Trauma Stress (RBTS). We have significant experience working with children and adolescents who have experienced developmental delays, varying degrees of trauma, and various types of physical and/or sexual abuse.

Our clinicians have a strong base of counseling experience working with adults in a wide variety of settings. Specialty areas include depression, suicidality, maternal mental health, post-traumatic stress disorder, gender therapy, moral injury, race-based trauma, and anxiety.

We are committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental space to process and overcome difficult emotions, offer resources and work with you to free your authentic self and live a life of authenticity and happiness.
