Is it a battle to quiet your mind from the thoughts that run constantly? Do you feel on edge or full of worry and doubt? Do you find yourself struggling with maintaining balance between your professional goals and motherhood? Do you find yourself succeeding in your current career field yet still feeling unsatisfied? Has social media made you feel like everyone else is achieving except you? Is the woman in the mirror unrecognizable because of the hardships of life? If you’ve answered yes to any of these, please know that your life does not have to be dictated by mental, emotional or environmental anguish. I specialize in treating women with symptoms of anxiety, depression, difficulties with self-esteem, trauma and struggles with career and home life balance. I enjoy helping women problem solve through using CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices and working on motivation and goal-setting. I believe in treating you as a unique individual woman. Waking up every day and applying makeup to a mask that hides your inner struggle is difficult and you don’t have to wear the mask. I am humbled to journey alongside you in cultivating a plan of action of empowerment to strengthen you. I’m willing to listen. I’m willing to offer techniques and try and try again. If you’re ready to work, so am I!
