Currently accepting new telehealth clients, please schedule via our online portal or call Affinity Psychological Services. My ideal client is someone who is ready to learn new skills and make changes in their lives. I believe the core benefit of therapy is working to get off “auto-pilot” by improving mindfulness and awareness of automatic thoughts. Once mindfulness is improved, we can work together to change distorted thoughts into something more rational/adaptive. I seek to help you feel more regulated, or calm, when strong emotions present themselves. I can help with issues such as depression, rumination, anxiety, inattention/ADHD, grief/loss, mood swings, and eating disorders, among many others. With you as my client, I will always maintain an open mind and non-judgmental stance in therapy. I consider a safe and supportive therapeutic environment as integral to achieving your best self. Empathy and respect are personal strengths that I uphold with all my clients. I very much look forward to meeting with you!
