It can be scary searching for a therapist, especially when life as you know it has been turned upside down. Working with me in individual therapy can help you better cope with stress, anxiety, depression, as well as begin to unwind painful repeating relationship patterns. Working together with me in couples therapy can provide you and your partner relief from old patterns and fights that seem stuck. Looking at the ways we were programmed to connect in childhood, I can help you both develop new ways to communicate and grow as a couple. View 6 Photos I trained at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in a variety of treatment approaches but am most strongly influenced by psychoanalytic theory and practice. I’ve also completed extensive in-person training in a Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) with Dr. Stan Tatkin, and continue to work with and consult him and his team. I am accepting new individuals and couples on a case-by-case basis so please get in touch. Email is the fastest and most effective way to reach me, exchange paperwork, and coordinate scheduling. Please let me know generally what I can help you with and if you’re seeking couples therapy, please copy your partner on all correspondence.
