About

In a world in which panic, isolation, and grief have become our new neighbors, simply the idea of trusting another human being can be overwhelming. Therapy can help. What you might see as “symptoms” are ways that your unconscious communicates what you really need and value without words. Therapy is a space in which we can look at the story of your life and make meaning out of those "symptoms" together. I can help you translate the language of your body so you can learn to work with, rather than against yourself. View 6 Photos

I am passionate about helping people understand the ways that their family’s history may live on in their present. I love working with East Coast transplants, first generation Americans, millennials navigating non-traditional lifestyles, women working in male-dominated fields, and creators/artists. I work with couples, individuals over 18, and groups.

Therapy is about having new experiences in an intimate relationship with someone who is your witness, teammate, challenger, and cheerleader all at the same time. As a clinician, I aim to be as present for you as I can, help you get curious about what you need, and encourage you to grow in the direction you want.
