I help alcohol troubled people control or stop their drinking. I use The Sinclair Method, which allows most people to control their drinking by taking a Naltrexone pill our hour prior to every drinking episode. For most people (78% according to the research) this results in reduced drinking to a problem-free level; many people stop drinking completely. No detox or rehab is necessary and treatment consists primarily of brief, regular coaching. I refer you to physicians who are familiar with The Sinclair Method, and will provide the medical service necessary for you to use this approach. I provide coaching, support and encouragement. Research shows that the Sinclair Method is successful for about 78% of participants after one year of using the method. This is true for both men and women and old and young people. People with a family history of alcohol problems tend to do particularly well with The Sinclair Method. I've spent more than 40 years working with people with alcohol and drug problems. I use The Sinclair Method because it works. It is inexpensive and effective. I will provide the coaching and encouragement you need while you change your drinking comfortably and easily.
