New Directions Mental Health formed as a partnership between several long-standing mental health clinics that have been providing care to southwestern Pennsylvania for 45 years. Our teams have come together out of a deep commitment to expanding access to high-quality mental health care across our unique communities. New Directions is proud to be the leader in interventional psychiatry services in the Pittsburgh metro area. We offer personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. We are also proud to offer innovative and life-changing interventional psychiatry services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Spravato, and Ketamine treatments. Our clinical team is skilled and ready to provide services to all walks of life. We believe access to quality mental health care is a right, not a privilege and are dedicated to connecting clients to care in a way that works for their individual needs. New Directions Mental Health accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare at many locations, and we are deeply rooted in our communities.
