Thanks for checking out my profile. Everyone goes through challenging times, and everyone benefits from having a guide on the journey. The intersectionality of my identities as a therapist, veteran, and black man have given me a great deal of empathy for how difficult life can be at times. I am open to helping individuals from all backgrounds with interventions grounded in CBT, DBT, ACT and Existential-Humanistic orientations. Finding support should not be a challenge. If you are willing to enter therapy, I am available. I believe that by authentically expressing yourself in therapy without fear of judgment, you will find your own inner guidance. Our therapeutic space will be dedicated to working on goals that we create as a team. Through this therapeutic proces, we can create a great amount of positive change. I have availability throughout the week (in person/telehealth) and am open to scheduling a free fifteen minute consultation. If you require services which I cannot provide, I can help you find the right person. The hardest part of therapy is finding a therapist and getting started, but once you are in process, it's a journey like no other.
