About

I provide an empathetic and compassionate practice with an interest in supporting adults and adolescents across all genders in their mental health journey. I aim to foster a safe environment to help clients from different cultural backgrounds explore their emotions, beliefs, and experiences, whether that comes from a religious standpoint or a universal one. From motherhood to relationship issues to identity exploration, my goal is to encourage personal growth while also empathizing the importance of mutual respect and equality to those who feel unvalued and misunderstood.

I offer an individualized approach that utilizes various practices and theories including feminist theory, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT and existential theory. I have experience working with Native American communities, complex traumas, and those struggling with parent and relationship issues. My goal is to provide treatment that fits your unique needs.

If you're needing some extra support and guidance, please reach out. Feel free to contact me to see if I am the right fit for you. I would be more than happy to stand with you while you're on your healing journey.
