I am a Clinical Psychologist, who loves to help people create a lasting sense of happiness, meaning, and well-being in their lives. I believe that health constitutes a state of relative balance between all the "strains" put on our system (e.g. daily life stressors, losses, obligations, negative life events, etc.) and the physical, mental, spiritual and relational resources we have available to us to draw upon. In therapy, I work with people to identify where there is "too much energy" in their lives, and where the energy is missing, in order to help them create more harmonious, full, and vibrant life. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship isues, stress, PTSD, infertility, post-partum issues, grief/loss, college adjustment issues, immigrant issues, self-esteem issues, among many other concerns. I am especially effective guiding clients desiring self-growth. My subspecialty is providing therapy to fellow mental health providers. I am deeply committed to the empowerment and growth of my clients. I strive to create a safe and accepting atmosphere to lay the path for change and growth. I work in a very collaborative manner, tailoring my approach to each individual's needs and goals. I am looking forward to hearing from and connecting with you.
