I'm the founder of Grace Center for Wellness, a Doctoral Candidate, and one who understands what it means to be "the strong friend." I help you heal your emotional wounds, uncover mental roadblocks, and make internal shifts through the lens of faith. Life happens. But you were never meant to walk alone as life happens. The experience and story you're navigating, can be a better one - when you learn how to steward it well.
