About

I view therapy as a laboratory for fostering meaningful change, healing, and self-discovery. I practice from an integrative perspective, prioritizing the creation of a healing and empathic relationship that incorporates a range of evidence-based modalities to move towards a more fulfilling, resilient, and harmonious life. I’m particularly drawn to working within the Internal Family Systems model, an attachment-based modality that uplifts the complexity and wisdom of our internal worlds and strengthens our inherent capacity to heal burdened parts of our systems.

I've received training in evidence-based treatments including Internal Family Systems, Grief Counseling, TF-CBT, Somatic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I'm passionate about supporting those coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, shame, life transitions, and the existential and spiritual questions of the ages and unique to our time.

I'm particularly drawn to supporting those navigating family planning choices and ambivalence. Finding the right therapist can be daunting, and I'm here to answer any questions you have about my practice and what our work together can look like. Please don't hesitate to reach out for a phone call- I would love to hear from you.
