About

Finding yourself here means that you are ready for a change, most likely to change how you feel, and you are wondering how therapy can help. In my work, I aim to create an atmosphere that is safe, open, and nurturing to everyone. My approach to therapy is holistic and personalized, based on each person’s unique needs. I believe that everyone possesses the resources within themselves to create the change they hope for. Counseling simply facilitates unlocking these resources and providing additional "tools" to improve our lives.

I specialize in working with adults with a wide breadth of mental health challenges, mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, BPD, relationship issues, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based practices, such as DBT, ACT, CBT, RO-DBT, ERP, CPT, and Mindfulness.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed, heavily influenced by the humanistic perspective, and celebrates diversity.
