Hi - I’m Dr. Diane Dillon. I’m a licensed psychologist & psychotherapist offering tele-health sessions to clients in NY, MA, & CT. I believe healing, recovery, & growth are possible for everyone. I work with adults (ages 18+) who are struggling with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, life transitions, gender identity, & substance use. I also specialize in working with parents and professionals who care for others facing those challenges. Symptom relief often includes decreased stress, reduced over-reactivity or numbing, less social anxiety when public speaking or performing, decreased substance use, and more peace & ease. My holistic, collaborative approach is grounded in scientific research and psychotherapy practices (ex. EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT) with far-reaching benefits felt in your body, mind and spirit. I am a kind, empathic listener with a deep respect for you and your time. Together, we'll clarify your goals, your treatment plan, and how we'll know when our work is done. For nearly 30 years as a psychotherapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping many individuals and families through challenging experiences- in private practice and while at Columbia University, Canyon Ranch, The Hotchkiss School & High Watch Recovery. I'm honored to work with and support people from diverse backgrounds. Please reach out for more information.
