About

I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and my role as a therapist is to help facilitate that process. It can be difficult to begin to open up and work on pain that has harmed us for so long. My place is to walk along side you during your time of need and in your time of comfort. I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I follow a theoretical approach of collaborative and integrative therapy. This means that I like to work with my clients to adapt therapy to their direct needs and goals. I am open to seeing all types of clients including individuals, couples, children and family needs.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me as I am open to doing a 15 minutes over the phone consultation.
