Specializing in mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approaches, Diana supports individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and feeling stuck. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, she helps clients face their suffering with compassion and support, integrating fragmented parts of themselves into wholeness. Diana's training in Mindfulness Based Approaches including Hakomi, Somatic-based therapy, Family Constellations Therapy, and Eco Psychology allows her to trace challenges back to their source while staying present with current experiences, fostering integration and a wholeness of self. Diana offers sessions that integrate talk therapy with experiential exercises and mindfulness techniques. She believes in establishing new patterns of behavior and perception through new experiences, emphasizing the importance of awareness techniques influenced by wisdom traditions. Psychedelic prep and integration work best through experiential modalities. Feel free to schedule a free 20 min consultation call or video chat to see if working together would be a good fit. During this call, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about me and the ways I work in order to determine whether you’d like to book an initial session.
