About

When working together, my main priority is that you feel you are entering a safe space and beginning a partnership. The foundations of this partnership are empathy, support, and transparency. I will be both compassionate and honest as I challenge you to work towards the goals we set.

My educational background includes an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and a B.A. in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College. I use techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology to ensure that my clients strengthen their self-confidence, self-love, and self-worth.

You will learn how to have healthy relationships, create achievable goals, and celebrate accomplishments. Change does not have to be scary.
