About

Taking new individual therapy clients with daytime availability only. / You're here because perhaps you feel stuck and are having a difficult time navigating life's many ups and downs; whether it's negotiating the dynamics in your marriage, your parental role, your job, a loss, a trauma, or a transition. You will be guided to explore your relationship with yourself so that you are better equipped to break unwanted habits and create healthier boundaries. The growth process can be uncomfortable, and also profoundly rewarding. My approach is nonjudgmental while challenging you to shift your perspective and own your greatness.

My background as a yoga teacher will provide you with a toolbox of strategies to manage difficult emotions. I will utilize the skills of meditation, mindfulness, mindful movement, breath work, and other relaxation techniques to assist you in managing stressful situations and connecting with the present moment.

Relationships can be challenging and rewarding. The most important relationship lies within. When we learn to nurture our connection with ourselves, we are better able to find balance elsewhere. Focusing on your strengths will inspire you to shine your bright light!
