My passion and desire is coming alongside men, adolescents and couples who have encountered seasons in their life filled with frustration, heartache, doubt, shame and loss. Do you find yourself stuck, irritated, confused and helpless more often than not? Do you notice feeling resentment or distance in your relationships? Are you longing to discover solutions, healing and restoration within yourself and with those around you? Are you wanting to move towards a renewed sense of peace, enjoyment and connection within yourself and your relationships? My therapy approach is non-judgmental, caring, empowering and collaborative. Men, you will find you can enter and leave with respect, while still navigating through hard, vulnerable issues. Adolescents, you will find a voice that is relatable and empowering. Couples, you will find balance, attunement and new ways of seeing and connecting with your partner. Life can be hard! Trying to navigate and manage it alone can be difficult and tiresome.
