We all want to feel heard, seen and understood. In Therapy, I listen to understand my clients way of processing and explore alternatives together. I've learned that we all have things that we struggle with. We all have certain trigger points that can disrupt our ability to flow and function. When this happens, we may think something is wrong with us but I am here to affirm, there is nothing wrong with you. You're human and you deserve grace! Instead, I believe it’s the environment you find yourself in and how you see the world around you. Let’s work together to understand the origin of your thoughts to re-imagine who you want to be. With over 10 years of experience working with youth and adults in the arts I can help you navigate your thoughts, feelings and emotions using expressive techniques. I will listen carefully and together we will explore alternatives to the issues you face as a way to dream up the ideal picture of what you hope to achieve in both Therapy and your life. In my lifetime, I have experienced trauma, grief, and parental separation which has inspired my desire to help others through similar situations. With special interest in working with children and adolescents, I am eager to help young people and their families harness their superpowers to take control of their thoughts and emotions.
