About

Sometimes life can be like standing in a garden filled with weeds that are 20 feet tall leading you to feel stuck, suffocated, and lonely. It can be hard to know where to start and how to make your way through the weeds. Depression and anxiety can often make us feel the same way. What are the current weeds in your life? Grief? Anxiety? Dating? Relationship conflicts?

In our work together, we’ll find ways to pull those weeds out, learn how they got there, and utilize tools to minimize the hold they have on your life to make room for something beautiful to blossom. Through developing a strong sense of self and the use of healthy coping skills, you’ll be able to confidently navigate a relationship with yourself and others.

As a first-generation Mexican-American, I can relate to the difficulties that can come with navigating individuality within a collectivistic culture. I value the importance of my client’s cultural background and invite my clients to express themselves comfortably and authentically. I look forward to meeting you and helping you navigate the weeds of life.
