I work in partnership with my clients to create an empowering and healing therapeutic experience that brings you closer to the true version of yourself. I love this work, and am driven by the belief that we are all deserving of a joyful and fulfilled life. I utilize a non-directive, client-centered approach to support my clients in their therapeutic journey. Clients who have worked with me have seen improvement and success in their view of themselves, important relationships in their lives, and career aspirations. I have over ten years of clinical experience working with early attachment trauma and its impact on relationships, addiction/recovery work, and am trained in Part I and II of Basic Training EMDR. In addition to my NJ licenses, I am also a Registered Telehealth Provider in the state of Florida.
