There comes a time when we realize we must face what we had hoped to ignore. The things gnawing at our spirit relentlessly until we tend to them. Sounds familiar? Well you don’t have to face them alone. Gently and without judgment, I help people tap into the wisdom they always had to explore where they want to go and who they want to be. In a warm and conversational way, we will make space for your authentic voice and develop helpful perspectives that facilitate self-compassion, healing, change, and acceptance. While I use various therapeutic techniques, getting to know you will inform the most relevant approaches and practices to deepen your self-awareness. I am a Black, Jamaican immigrant passionate about people celebrating their whole selves and integrating all their identities. Working through the impacts of oppression is embodied in who I am and all I do.
