Now that I have returned to my hometown of Lexington, I would like to help you with any life challenge whether it be anxiety, depression, relationships, family stress, identity, or any other issue that life throws at you. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor of LPCAs. In the past 20 plus years, I have worked with a variety of populations to help them address their mental health needs including teens, adults, men and women of all socioeconomic status. Having returned to my hometown of Lexington, I am eager to assist you with any life challenges you may face, including anxiety, depression, relationships, family stress, identity issues, or any other unexpected difficulties.
