Most of us just want to experience contentment and peace in our lives but sometimes we feel stuck and have difficulty seeing anything but personal problems. Therapy is not to fix but to come alongside, provide validating empathy and assist with acquiring the necessary tools for finding new direction. Seeing others reach their full potential is my passion, using holistic and eclectic techniques from evidence based therapies with a person-centered style and spiritual worldview. My greatest experiences are helping individuals with interpersonal, family relationship, and/or addiction/recovery issues. View 4 Photos My gifts are connecting and bringing calm to crisis. I have CEUs in Autism Studies and 12 graduate hrs in Addiction and Recovery. I have training as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, utilizing evidence-based natural, safe, effective treatment alongside or in place of psychotropic medications. I completed training in DBT Skills by M. Linehan. I choose to believe we humans are doing the best we know at any given time with the skill set we have at the time. My desire is to assist you in developing better skills for a healthy lifestyle. I offer Teletherapy exclusively: therapy from the comfort of my home to yours. While this is not a good fit for everyone, many appreciate the conveniences.
