I am a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and have been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 25 years. I strive to help individuals, couples and families meet their individual goals, reducing distress and anxiety, managing life's challenges, decreasing conflict, improving mood and increasing productivity. Therapy is a collaborative process in which individuals learn skills to incorporate into their lives, in order to see change and achieve goals that are desired. I lecture extensively throughout the area to school districts and at state and local conferences. I use evidence-based treatments to treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, Tics, Trichotillomania, School Refusal and Autism Spectrum Disorder, in addition to working collaboratively with parents to teach behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors. BTA provides clinical services, consultation & training using evidence-based approaches within the context of sensitivity & compassion while recognizing the uniqueness of each individual & setting. Founded in 1979, the group practice combines the skills & talents of licensed psychologists, certified school psychologists & board certified behavior analysts.
