About

I work with people who are struggling, and decide take the courageous step to ask for help. Many have a history of trauma and suffer from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, parenting challenges, sleep issues, sexual difficulties, chronic pain, relationship problems, and other post-traumatic responses. Also, present-day situations in our personal or collective worlds can be objectively hard to bear. Our experiences leave traces psychologically and somatically, so I use evidence-based, body-oriented, mindfulness techniques to address limiting patterns so that you can live more authentically today's challenging world.

My clients describe me as calm, kind, and real. I appreciate the role of humor, and I am not afraid to gently and directly challenge you when it is useful. We will collaborate, working together on your goals as a team, to help you make the changes you want in your life. Meanwhile, we will celebrate and honor your willingness to engage in this valuable work.

I graduated from University of Michigan, attended California Institute of Integral Studies and JFK University, and received my graduate degree in Somatic Psychotherapy from JFK. I have training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, and earned a Certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation from ISSTD.
