About

Deciding to seek support through counseling takes courage, and the process of finding the right therapist can be intimidating. Building a trusting relationship with a therapist can take time and I understand how difficult it can be to be vulnerable. We will work together to find an approach best suited for your unique challenges and goals. I work with adults challenged by the impact of trauma, PTSD, suicide loss, grief, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and stress.

I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and Humanistic perspective, building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, safety, empathy, and compassion. My approach utilizes evidence-based methods techniques such as CBT, CFT, mindfulness-based interventions, breath work, somatic psychotherapy, and EMDR resourcing methods.

Whether you are looking for a safe space to talk through current stressors, or dig deeper to process past trauma, I hope to provide a safe and nurturing space, collaborating with you on your journey of healing and personal growth.
