I help foster hope and confidence that change is possible. I start by gaining a complete picture of each person and learning what's important to them and what is truly motivating. I guide them in understanding their personal patterns and increasing self-acceptance while also finding inroads to begin to make change. Together, we find new and more effective approaches for managing life's challenges. I have over 15 years of experience helping people with a wide range of issues. I have worked in clinics, college counseling centers, and Eating Disorder treatment centers before starting my private practice. I have expertise in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and body image. I also have additional training in Couples Therapy. Whether you are seeking short-term therapy to help cope with a situational stress or long-term therapy to address recurring problems, I will work with you in a manner that respects your personal values and goals.
