About

Currently available for daytime/afternoon! We've all had times when we feel unseen or unheard in life. Therapy is a sanctuary to delve into your genuine self and acquire the resources necessary for self-actualization. My practice extends to adolescents, adults, and older adults seeking individualized treatment, with a specialized focus on trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety. I offer expertise in supporting LGBTQIA+, promoting body liberation, navigating kink-related concerns, and addressing CNM/open relationships. My aim is to facilitate a deeper understanding of oneself while providing a safe and empathetic environment.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the needs of each individual. While prioritizing personalized care, I employ evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused interventions, and EMDR. I am dedicated to continuous professional development, and remain committed to expanding my repertoire of therapeutic techniques.

I bring a deeply personal perspective to my practice. I value intersectionality and I've traversed my own journey of managing mood and anxiety disorders, alongside trauma. It is my lived experience that fuels my passion for helping others. I entered the mental health field with an aspiration to use my experiences to foster understanding and support.
