About

Everyone can use a little help sometimes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my MS from Columbia University. I have over 12 years of working in the field of co-occurring mental health and substance abuse treatment. I have worked with both adolescents and adults, utilizing CBT, Family Systems Theory, EMDR, and Psychotherapy. My practice serves individuals as well as families seeking to improve the quality of their lives through therapy.

In addition to my education and training, I have personal experience with the criminal justice system. I feel that I can provide keen insight and understanding first hand, the perspective of the individuals struggling with community reintegration after incarceration.

Utilizing evidenced based practices, I can assist individuals with overcoming issues of; addiction, grief and loss, mental health, especially the struggle to re-enter society and the workplace. Clinical supervision for people seeking their LMSW, and/or LCSW. Consultation services are also available.
