About

David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Saint Leo University. He earned his Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. He has extensive clinical experience in the areas of community-based counseling, residential treatment, and working with individuals who struggle with self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues, marriage and family therapy as well as members of the LGBTQ population. Utilizing practice techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, and anger management.

I am passionate about helping others and I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is essential to clients' growth and the healing process. I like to meet clients where they are and move at their pace as I help them navigate and work through whatever issues they are experiencing.

Through my practice, I will create a safe space and non-judgmental space while building therapeutic rapport. I am flexible and can accommodate telehealth and evening appointments.
