PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. For those who seek to know and understand themselves better; for those who find themselves asking, "Why do I do what I do?" I am trained as a systemic thinker - assisting clients to identify the root causes of current struggles in thinking and behaving, then partner with clients to work toward a restorative, healing experience within the context of a warm, compassionate, therapeutic relationship. I can provide services from a Christian perspective, helping clients pursue God’s intention for a full, abundant life. My work is heavily informed by the concepts of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Attachment Theory, the Internal Family Systems Model (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly useful, evidence-based intervention for reprocessing trauma. Engaging in therapy is an act of courageous exploration. My hope is to be a companion to my clients on their journeys toward wholeness, helping to shed light on places of hurt and shame, inviting healing and restoration, and equipping clients to live life to the fullest.
