You are not just an individual with a problem; you are a person in context to your past, your future and your present. My approach in therapy involves seeing us in the context of relationships with ourselves and others. As we come to understand who we are in those relationships we have opportunities for healing, for reconciliation, for growth. The process in therapy involves gaining insight into issues, patterns and relationships in your life which are unsatisfying or troubling, then examining changes you might want to make and creating a way to get there.
