About

I am passionate about working with individuals, families, and groups from all backgrounds, including the military community. I have experience addressing concerns surrounding anxiety, depression, major life adjustments, maternal health, relational conflicts, and trauma.

I combine empathy, collaboration, and a variety of treatment modalities to meet the needs of each client. In my work, I utilize cognitive and trauma-focused behavioral therapy to help clients achieve their goals while in a therapeutic environment for all clients.

I have been fortunate to live worldwide, which has increased my cultural competency, and I found interest in family therapy in addressing generational trauma. I am familiar with the stress of military life, including deployments and military moves, and I would like to help others make the best of their military experience.
