About

“Some days it is all I can do to just breathe, much less get out of bed. No one seems to understand what I am going through, and I have lost sight of myself.” If you have said these things or have these thoughts, you are not alone. Life is full of ups, downs, twists, and turns. It tends to create challenges that may seem impossible to overcome and leave you struggling. Life struggles can have an impact on the way you perceive yourself and/or the world. You don’t have to work through these challenges alone.

I believe that healing takes place when you have someone to walk alongside to create space where you can safely deal with what concerns you without shame and without judgement. . My goal is to create that space and to be that person who will walk with you as you confront what is no longer serving you and develop lasting change.

I take a holistic and integrative approach, that helps an individual grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe that each client is unique and an expert of themselves and that we all have the ability and desire to heal and grow. You have taken the first step and I’d love to support you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
